Meet the Team
Deric San Juan
Deric has over ten years of marketing and business development experience. Mr. San Juan graduated from Weber State University in 2011 with a B.S. in Public Relations and Advertising. From there Deric rose through the ranks of a national marketing firm to become a top-five marketing executive culminating with three consecutive “President’s Club” selections, recognizing the top three percent of all marketing executives within the United States. In 2015 Deric decided to pursue a graduate degree and graduated in 2018 with an M.B.A. (Master of Business Administration) from the University of Utah..
Elaine Morris
After graduating from Utah State University in Graphic Design, Elaine joined a national engineering firm where she grew to oversee all brand and marketing efforts. It was there that she developed a true niche for creative marketing at both the local and national levels. For the past seven years, she has managed a wide variety of print and digital design projects, event planning, social media, search engine optimization, and search engine marketing. These experiences have led her to pursue a graduate degree in Business Administration, allowing her to continue to offer superior service to Alpha 3 Marketing Group’s clientele.
Chris Allen
Chris is a Senior Web Developer who has been developing custom websites and applications for over 10 years, across virtually every industry. He specializes in full-stack development using Javascript (React, Angular, Vue) as well as NodeJS and PHP Laravel on the backend. He is also proficient in WordPress, Drupal, as well as eCommerce platforms like Shopify and Magento. Beyond web development, Chris is an experienced Technical Project Manager and has led numerous teams to complete large and complex projects.
Carlos Uvalle
Well versed in advanced web development, Carlos is proficient in front and back end website design. His skills include PHP, MySQL, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, AJAX, JQuery, ModX, Apache, Git, Bitbucket and more. Our senior website developer specializes in web scripting and eCommerce programming with the flexibility and experience of using multiple platforms such as WordPress, Laravel, Magento, etc. In his free time he’s an avid Chess player and being from California he loves the outdoors as well as spending quality time with his wife.
